**Key Result Areas: −**
- **Meal service**: Responsible for delivering meals to patients' rooms according to the prescribed diet orders. They ensure that the correct meals are provided to the right patients, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or special requests.
- **Menu assistance**: Waiters may help patients in selecting their meals by providing information about the available options and assisting them in making appropriate choices based on their dietary needs or preferences.
- **Food tray preparation**: They are responsible for assembling food trays with the appropriate food items, ensuring that the trays are properly organized, and any necessary condiments or utensils are included.
- **Special diets**: Waiters need to be familiar with different dietary requirements, such as low-sodium, diabetic, or pureed diets. They ensure that the meals served adhere to these specific dietary guidelines and make any necessary modifications to accommodate individual needs.
- **Meal coordination**: Waiters work closely with kitchen staff, dietitians, and nursing staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery. They coordinate with the kitchen to communicate any changes or special requests from patients and relay important information regarding dietary restrictions or allergies.
- **Patient assistance**: Waiters may provide assistance to patients who have difficulty eating or require additional support. This may involve cutting food into smaller pieces, opening containers, or offering assistance with feeding.
- **Cleanliness and hygiene**: Waiters maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas, ensuring that serving carts, trays, and utensils are clean and properly sanitized. They may also assist with the cleaning of patient rooms after meal service.
- **Customer service**: Waiters interact with patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. They address any concerns or complaints related to food service and strive to provide a positive dining experience.
- **Inventory management**: They assist in monitoring and restocking inventory, including food supplies, condiments, and utensils, to ensure an uninterrupted food service operation.
- **Adherence to safety regulations**: Waiters follow strict safety and sanitation protocols while handling and serving food. They adhere to proper food handling practices, maintain temperature control during food transport, and ensure that all safety guidelines are followed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
