Responsibilities: - Supervise counseling sessions and support counselors in handling challenging student cases. - Ensure timely follow-ups with customers based on lead criticality. - Establish and maintain contacts with key external stakeholders in the market. - Manage the entire sales process for student enrollment, achieving allocated targets within set time frames. - Counsel students and parents on studying abroad, guiding them through the selection of courses and programs. - Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions for students interested in studying abroad. - Advise potential students on educational opportunities in various countries, excluding Canada. - Guide students on selecting courses, from diplomas to postgraduate degrees. - Handle visa documentation processes. - Provide counseling for all walk-ins and maintain effective follow-up with prospects. - Offer information on a list of universities and their programs. - Be sales-oriented, highly motivated, and result-oriented with a positive "Can do" attitude. - Demonstrate adaptability and customer service orientation. Skills Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the overseas education industry. - Vibrant, energetic, self-starter. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Visa Counselling: 1 year (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Chandigarh, Chandigarh (required) Ability to Relocate: - Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9613000003
