We are looking for Sales Person (Field Work), who is passionated to lead generation with Online and Offline Platforms, having good communication and convincing skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed market research to identify prospects and new opportunities.
- Generate interest in products/services, generate leads, and arrange meetings.
- Develop new business through networking and follow-up calls.
- Attend and execute business meetings and deals.
- Manage online sites and organization's presence, coordinating activities.
- Develop sales plans/strategies using effective methodologies.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline.
- Enhance digital presence of company and offerings.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers to increase sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- Tenacity and drive to achieve or surpass business targets.
- Excellent telephone etiquette for initial contact and ongoing communication.
- Interpersonal skills for fostering client relationships.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication and presentation.
- Collaborative teamwork approach.
- Familiarity with lead generation and marketing software.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Negotiation, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA / BBA / B.Tech IT/ B.Tech CE/ BSC.IT/ BSC.IT / MSC.IT/ BCA / MCA experience.
- Freshers/ Experienced/ Intern
- Type of work: Onsite(Field Work)
- Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fulltime)
