Help the individual running footwear teams formulate their specific material and color stories and execute retail viable color combinations to support themes
- Propose design ideas based on seasonal assignments about materials, color, style, definition, functional features, fit requirements, and design detail
- Work with the Color & Trend Creative Direction team to gather trend information and imagery from multi-media, fashion shows, internet, travel and retail
- Assist in the seasonal presentation of materials, color, and graphics to the design teams including palettes and imagery relating to the seasonal design themes
- Proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
- Experience in developing products directly with factories
- Assist in the creation of presentations for design meetings with the Creative Director, for Merchandizing and Buying teams
- Maintain and organize vintage samples and product prototypes, material and hardware submits, and standards
- Understand the needs of the global running consumer by working closely with those consumers at all levels of ability our consumer insights team

Pay: ₹30,970.89 - ₹41,726.85 per month
