**Job Title: Senior Accountant**

We are seeking a skilled **Senior Accountant** to manage tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The role includes handling **tax computation, ITR filing, TDS returns, and regulatory reporting** while ensuring compliance with VAT, income tax, and other regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tax & Compliance**: Prepare tax returns, ensure timely tax payments, and liaise with auditors & authorities.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in financial statement preparation, general ledger reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Support financial planning, monitor performance, and provide insights.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Oversee transactions, manage cash flow, and resolve billing issues.
- **Audit & Internal Controls**: Coordinate audits, implement financial controls, and maintain compliance.
- **Mentorship & Leadership**: Guide junior staff, review financial work, and foster a strong finance team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
