As a Business Planner at Orage Technologies Pvt. Ltd. you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our IT and digital marketing divisions. Leveraging your expertise in business planning and analysis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

**Strategic Planning**:
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the IT and digital marketing divisions, aligned with the overall company objectives and market trends.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats.

Define strategic priorities, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress.

**Financial Analysis**:
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Develop financial models, forecasts, and budget plans to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.

**Business Development**:
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company's market reach and revenue streams.

Support the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients and partners.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project managers, to align business plans with operational objectives and timelines.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives across departments.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in business planning, strategic analysis, or corporate strategy roles, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful business plans and strategic initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
