**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the administration of SAP BTP to support business processes and innovation.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA Administration to maintain high availability and disaster recovery.
- Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct system performance tuning and optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and enforce best practices for SAP system administration and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement security measures to protect SAP systems from vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.
- Document technical specifications and procedures for future reference.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to build internal capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating hands-on experience.
- Have extensive experience in SAP BTP Administration showcasing the ability to manage cloud-based platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP HANA Administration with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Exhibit expertise in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring seamless system integration.
- Show a solid understanding of SAP Basis Administration supporting the overall technical infrastructure.
- Nice to have experience in Brand Market Intelligence Planning adding value to business insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and concisely for future reference.
- Proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.
- Experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative environment.
