
Front Office Receptionist

Work timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee the general upkeep and cleanliness of the office area
- Manage data entry to ensure accurate record keeping
- Coordinate external office-related activities and errands
- Be proactive in learning new skills and maintain strong reporting capabilities.
**Office Maintenance & Coordination**:
- Maintain a welcoming and presentable reception and guest sitting area
- Ensure regular cleaning of the office and maintain a pleasant ambiance with good fragrance
- Greet and assist visitors, gather their details, and facilitate their meetings with appropriate staff members
- Manage the maintenance of office equipment, such as electrical appliances and the Wi-Fi system
- Oversee the handling of office samples, parcels, and couriers, including tracking and record updates
- Manage the inventory of office stationery and other supplies
- Coordinate sending and receiving of samples and ensure proper documentation
- Deliver important correspondence or samples to directors and ensure their proper placement in their office
- Ensure office appliances such as fans, air conditioning, and lights are operational before the arrival of directors and switched off after their departure.
- Oversee office repairs, including plumbing, and arrange for fixing any broken items
- Communicate important messages to directors in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Diploma (preferred)
- **Experience**:Minimum 2 years in office management
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems
- **Personality**:Smiling and pleasant demeanor with excellent coordination skills
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
