Job Title: Concept Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concept Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in the Film Design industry. As a Concept Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing original and creative visual concepts for film projects. You will work closely with the art department and other members of the creative team to deliver high-quality designs that meet the project's requirements and timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and create visually stunning concepts for film projects.
- Create sketches, storyboards, and other visual representations of concepts to communicate ideas effectively.
- Work closely with the art department to ensure that designs are consistent with the film's visual style and theme.
- Develop and refine designs based on feedback from the creative team and project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques to bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas to enhance the project's overall visual impact.
- Manage workload and deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of designs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work and ensure that designs are properly archived and documented.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in concept design for film projects.
- Strong skills in sketching, drawing, and digital design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for film and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
- The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
- Must know how to operate Wacom.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
