**We are looking for an experienced Data Structure and Algorithm (DSA) Mentor to guide and support learners in mastering DSA concepts. The mentor will provide hands-on training, conduct coding sessions, and help students improve their problem-solving skills for technical interviews and competitive programming.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentorship & Guidance: Guide students in understanding data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
- Live Sessions & Workshops: Conduct webinars, and workshops to teach DSA concepts effectively.
- Doubt Resolution: Address student queries and provide detailed explanations of coding problems.
- Interview Preparation: Help students prepare for technical interviews by conducting mock interviews and coding challenges.
- Code Review & Feedback: Evaluate students' code submissions and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency and correctness.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, including sorting, searching, trees, graphs, dynamic programming, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Prior experience ( 1 - 2 years ) in mentoring, teaching, or conducting coding bootcamps is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank, GeeksforGeeks, or similar platforms for more than one year.
- Knowledge of system design concepts is a plus.
