**WORK LOCATION - Sankrail Project**

**ELIGIBILITY** - Should be BTech in Civil Engg and have **10-15 Yrs experienc**e in supervision of **RCC & PEB** Construction site. Expert knowlege in Auto Cad is absolutely necessary.

**REPORTS TO - PROJECT HEAD**

**KEY RESULT AREA-**

Will be responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS-Responsible for all project related activities.
Preparing and maintaining weekly and daily target schedules for all type of activities.
To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the works of the contractors.
Overall, supervision and coordination of General Foreman areas of responsibilities and the allocation of work areas.
Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
Coordinates and monitors with contractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with contractors.
Inspect Construction Sites.
Provide Engineering Support....
Overseeing building work undertaking surveys ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
Daily reporting to manager with planning for next day's activities.

**PACAKAGE: - 5.5 lpa**

**Salary**: ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sankrail, Haora - 711309, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Civil engineering - Construction: 10 years (preferred)
