**Job Description: School Photographer and Video Maker**

Position Type: Full-time/Part-time (Specify)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Event Coverage: Attend school events, performances, sports activities, and other occasions to capture captivating photographs that showcase the energy and spirit of our school community.

2. Portraiture: Take compelling individual and group portraits of students, staff, and faculty for yearbooks, promotional materials, and digital platforms.

3. Candid Moments: Skilfully capture candid moments that reflect genuine interactions and emotions among students, staff, and visitors.

4. Campus and Facility Imagery: Photograph various areas of the campus, classrooms, labs, sports facilities, and outdoor spaces to create a visually appealing representation of our school.

5. Photo Editing: Edit and retouch photographs to ensure high-quality, consistent visual standards, and accurate representation.

6. Photo Library Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured digital photo library for easy access and future use.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align photography with branding and communication strategies.

Videography:
1. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos that capture the essence of our school, including promotional videos, event highlights, educational content, and more.

2. Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and storyboards to effectively communicate the school's values, achievements, and unique attributes through videos.

3. Interviews: Conduct interviews with students, teachers, and staff to gather compelling testimonials and insights for promotional and informative videos.

4. Post-Production: Edit video footage, add graphics, music, and other elements to create visually appealing and impactful final videos.

5. Video Library Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured video library for easy access, retrieval, and future projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in an educational or event context.
- Proficiency in using photography and video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and digital editing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
