- **_Service Technician (1 Position)_**_Job Location : Gurgaon, Delhi_
- Educational Qualification : ITI -Electrical, Fitter /DME_
- Year of Experience : 2 - 4 years. *Pneumatic industry experience will be an added advantage_
- Job Description :_
- _ Attend complaints of customers for servicing/repair of products within the stipulated deadline and close the same with satisfactory report,_
- _ Prepare repair estimate for tools, to train newly appointed service engineer / technician, _
- _Coordinate for requirement of material needed to repair the tools, to generate service report _
- _Problem solving approach & good technical skills_
- _ Authorised to sign repair estimate and make list of required spare parts, reporting to sales manager._
- _ Prepare repair estimate for tools,_
- _ To train newly appointed service engineer / technician_
- _ Coordinate for requirement of material needed to repair the tools,_
- _ To generate service report_
