As a Draughtsman ,you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by translating architectural designs and engineering plans into technical drawings and blueprints. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and detailed representations of construction projects. Your attention to detail, technical proficiency, and ability to interpret complex designs will be essential in contributing to the success of our projects.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Drafting Technical Drawings**: Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on architectural designs and engineering specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements, provide input on design feasibility, and incorporate changes as needed.

**Accuracy and Precision**: Ensure accuracy and precision in all technical drawings to facilitate seamless construction processes and minimize errors during construction.

**Review and Revision**: Review drawings and blueprints for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements. Make revisions and updates as necessary.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project specifications to ensure a clear record of project progression and facilitate communication among project team members.

**Coordination**: Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information and ensure alignment between design drawings and construction activities.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve design discrepancies, conflicts, and issues that may arise during the drafting process, collaborating with the project team to find effective solutions.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks on finished drawings to ensure they meet industry standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

**Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- **Requirements**:_

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.

Solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.Experience in building permit drawing is a plus

A degree or certification in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
