**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Creation**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, promotions, and social channels.
- Develop concepts and storyboards aligned with the brand’s messaging.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok).
- Add motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance content.
- Manage and organize video files and media assets.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories that align with the content calendar.
- Monitor analytics and insights to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor/content creator and social media manager.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Familiarity with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid social media campaigns and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
- Portfolio or links to past video and social media work.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
