**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Review**: Review and edit written content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and consistency to ensure accuracy and readability.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and editorial policies, and address any issues or discrepancies as needed.
- **Clarity and Coherence**: Ensure that content is clear, coherent, and easy to understand for the target audience, and make revisions as necessary to improve clarity and flow.
- **Style Consistency**: Maintain consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content to reinforce brand identity and enhance brand recognition.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking.
- **Fact-Checking**: Verify the accuracy of factual information, statistics, and references cited in content to ensure credibility and reliability.
- **Content Enhancement**: Enhance content by rephrasing or rewriting sections for clarity, conciseness, and impact, and suggest improvements to enhance overall quality and effectiveness.
- **Content Formatting**: Format content according to publishing requirements, including headings, subheadings, bullet points, and hyperlinks, to improve readability and user experience.
- **Content Collaboration**: Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure content alignment with project objectives, audience needs, and branding guidelines.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within specified deadlines.
- **Feedback and Coaching**: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to writers to help them improve their writing skills, adhere to editorial standards, and meet project requirements.
- **Content Strategy**: Contribute to content strategy development by identifying content gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations for future content initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Editor, Copy Editor, or similar role.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style guides (e.g., AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
