**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns or exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, including fitting rooms, counters, and restrooms.
- Follow all company procedures regarding safety, loss prevention, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
