**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce promotional and product videos for social media, YouTube, and the website.
- Collaborate with marketing and export teams to conceptualize brand-aligned creatives and campaigns.
- Create digital assets such as infographics, banners, UI layouts, PDF presentations, and packaging design.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure adherence to design guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across print, web, and video.
- Experience with website UI/UX design (Elementor, WordPress, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Good understanding of layouts, typography, and branding principles.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to handle end-to-end creative development independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in working with export companies or product-based B2B businesses.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Canva, Figma, or AI-assisted design platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
