**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and analytical **SEO Executive** to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic. The role involves implementing effective SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and monitoring performance to achieve top search engine rankings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for SEO best practices.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly outputs.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0-3 years of proven experience in SEO (IT industry experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
