**Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Set up and operate VFFS machines according to production requirements and work orders.
- Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, sealing pressure, etc.) for optimal performance.
- Ensure correct materials (film, filling materials, etc.) are loaded into the machine.
- **Monitoring & Troubleshooting**:

- Continuously monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs.
- Perform adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for more complex problems.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct periodic checks on the weight, seal integrity, and appearance of the packaged products.
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Record data from inspections and machine performance for quality and efficiency tracking.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the VFFS machine.
- Ensure the machine and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of protective equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards (if applicable).
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Complete all necessary production logs, downtime reports, and quality check records.

Communicate with supervisors and other team members regarding production status, issues, and suggestions for improvement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
