**Qualifications**:

- **B.Ed** is mandatory**.**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the primary level.
- Proficient in using digital tools and technology for teaching and assessment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for primary classes.
- Use creative teaching aids, activities, and real-life examples to promote conceptual understanding.
- Conduct regular assessments through tests, assignments, projects, and other formative methods to monitor progress.
- Provide individualized attention to address different learning needs in the classroom.
- Maintain detailed academic records and contribute to the preparation of report cards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and confidence in students.
- Actively participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary activities and curriculum planning.
- Maintain open communication with parents to discuss student progress and concerns.
