**Job Description: Office Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative and office activities.
- Supervise the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, Aircons, IT equipment, AV equipment, printer etc.
- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, stocking up the pantry, office mail management etc.).
- Negotiate the purchase of office supplies, stationery and furniture, office equipment, etc. in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Liaise with HR, Accounting, Marketing and Facilities teams for day-to-day operations (transport, branding, reporting).
- Events arrangement
- Monthly Expense reporting.
- A bachelor s degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

**Skills and Specifications**:

- Highly responsive, work well under pressure, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Committed to create a culture of engagement in a diverse set of teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and deliver effective results and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional project management and meticulous planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Location** : Surat, Gujarat

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
