Telecaller - Lead Generation for Business and Personal Loans
- oriented, and excellent at building relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their loan requirements and qualify them for our loan products.
- Provide detailed information about loan products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain an updated database of client interactions and ensure accurate record
- keeping.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in telecalling, especially in the financial services sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to understand and explain financial products and services.
- Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of financial documents and business models.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in generating leads for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans.
- Background in NBFCs, Banks, DSAa or tech companies focused on financial products.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
