We are hiring **Product Owner - Real Estate Product-Work From Office**

**Work Location**:Sector 67, Mohali

**Shift Pattern**:4 PM to 1 AM

**Working Pattern**: 6 days (Alternate Saturdays OFF)

**KRA's**:

- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market demands.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business value, and market research.
- Quality Assurance Testing & Documentation: Undertake basic Quality Assurance (QA) testing and documentation to ensure the product meets high standards of quality before release.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and clearly understood by the development team.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team is working on the highest-value features.
- Sprint Planning & Review: Lead sprint planning sessions, set clear goals for sprints, and review completed work to ensure alignment with product objectives.
- Customer Insights: Engage with customers, conduct user interviews, and analyze feedback to understand their needs and pain points.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. MBA in Business, Marketing or a related field or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving alignment and collaboration.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and translate their needs into actionable product features.
- Innovation: A track record of bringing innovative products to market and driving continuous improvement.
