As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer systems and peripherals, ensuring their smooth functioning and uninterrupted performance. Your role will involve monitoring system operations, performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and executing scheduled tasks to support the organization's computer infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Monitoring**: Monitor computer systems, servers, networks, and peripheral devices to ensure their proper functioning and identify any anomalies or performance issues.

**Batch Processing**: Execute scheduled batch jobs, data backups, and other automated processes, following established procedures and timelines.

**Error Handling and Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve hardware and software errors, malfunctions, and connectivity issues promptly. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT support team if necessary.

**Data Entry**: Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and adherence to data security policies.

**Peripheral Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks on printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.

**System Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of system activities, error logs, and equipment maintenance, as well as document procedures and operational guidelines.

**Security Compliance**: Adhere to data security protocols and ensure that access controls are followed to safeguard sensitive information.

**User Support**: Provide basic technical support to end-users by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them on standard procedures.

**Emergency Response**: Respond to system alerts and emergency situations promptly and take appropriate action to minimize downtime.

**Backup and Recovery**: Perform regular data backups and participate in disaster recovery efforts to protect against data loss.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
