**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our team. This role offers opportunities for both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to grow in the digital marketing space. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the execution of digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and increasing brand visibility across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:For Experienced Professionals**:

- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage Google Ads campaigns to increase conversions.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
- **PPC Campaigns**: Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, or social media platforms, focusing on cost-effective strategies to drive conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals and objectives.

**For Freshers (Entry-Level)**:

- **SEO Assistance**: Assist in optimizing website content and blogs for better search engine rankings.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and schedule posts.
- **Data Tracking**: Help monitor and report on campaign performance using basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

**Qualifications**:For Experienced Professionals**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO techniques and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience in running and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

**For Freshers (Entry-Level)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a passion for learning.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising (preferably).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new skills.
- Creative thinking and eagerness to contribute to campaign ideas.

**Preferred Skills** (For Both):

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML or web design basics.
