Project Co-ordinator

Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget tracking, and performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, and progress reports.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for multiple solar sites.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Schedule and manage project teams across various sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor project staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any quality issues.
- Excel required
