**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, venue booking, and vendor communication.
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, and customer queries.
- Support on-ground event execution, ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborate with artists, vendors, and partners to enhance event experiences.
- Maintain post-event reports and feedback collection.

**Requirements**:

- Higher Secondary Education (XII) (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Creative mindset with social media marketing knowledge.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure.
- Prior event management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
