**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse management and dispatch operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory management
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods according to schedule
- Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams
- Monitor warehouse staff and allocate tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the work environment
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
- Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory, dispatch status, and operational performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse operations and dispatch handling
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

**Salary**: 20,000/- To 25,000/
