Dot Net Trainee

We are looking for an experienced and passionate trainer well versed in.NET and C# tech stack to be part of our company.

**As part of being a trainer, you will be required to**
- Be responsible for training and making ready both the lateral employees as well as freshers for high quality production output.
- Identify relevant topics and build a detailed curriculum with pertinent modules and content.
- Work closely with Delivery Liaisons in refining the curriculum to make it apt for projects and client requirements.
- Build different evaluation mechanisms to test the efficacy of the students for them being ready to be put into live projects.
- Identify tools and processes to track and record trainings, evaluation history via (learning management platform).
- Establish collaborations with external vendors to utilize their training expertise and materials into our curriculum.
- Build a knowledge base of the various trainings, assignments and practicals to be accessible by students at will.
- Continuously keep monitoring for upgrades of topics and recent technical advancements into the courses.

**Requirement**
- Passionate about coaching and building up talent.
- Craving to build from ground-up, keen to be part of a high growth, fluid organization.
- Having done or worked with similar set up of a training environment for laterals and freshers for minimum 4+ years.
- Good knowledge of the technology landscape and standards, especially in web and data technologies.
- Good hands-on on various.net modules like Web API, Entity Framework, Linq etc.
- Good understanding of framework topics including oops concepts, threading, memory management, reflection, generics etc.
- Knowledge of Asp.net Core fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of training constructs, methodologies and infrastructure.
- Innovative mindset to think differently as well as adaptability to be in lock steps with evolving needs.
- Fluent written and oral communication.
- Expertise in training for C# and its various frameworks
- Expertise in training for SQL
- Expertise with various libraries, design patterns, architecture and approaches to software development**As part of being a trainer, you will be required to**:

**Salary**: ₹9,916.17 - ₹47,747.56 per month

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
