Role: Project Planner

Reports to: Team Leader / Director

**Project Planner Job Description**

A project planner is responsible for meticulously crafting and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure the completion of projects. They are critical in coordinating tasks, optimising resource usage, and mitigating potential delays.

Specific accountabilities of the role are noted below.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Liaising with site construction teams and other related professionals
- Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure completion
- Identify shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost-reduction efforts
- Work very closely with Project Director or Project Manager to plan, schedule, and programme major projects with your desired Planning Program.
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as resource plans, change orders, labour, and expenses

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated engineering experience in delivering technically challenging construction works
- Proficient using either CCS Candy, Primavera P6 or another relevant planning package
- able to schedule and programme projects and create master schedules, reporting etc
- A practical-minded hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills.
- A solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to progress within field of engineering.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Minimum Education and Experience**

**Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3-5+ years relevant work experience Air Filter composite or other composite experience preferred**

**Required Skills and Education**
- Experience with detailed composite part/assembly design analysis is required
- Experience with composite part fabrication drawing and assembly is required
- Proficient in **Inventor Sheet metal**, Development, Frame Design, Detail Costing, Detail knowledge in Inventor and Solid works 2015 or later
- All Microsoft Office software including Project 2010 or later
- Great problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on projects demanding fast prototype/production startups
- Ability to work & study of vendors drawing, customers and employees
- Experience leading high performance teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain safe work environment
- Know in Code IS, ANSI, DIN etc.

**Preferred Skills and Education**
- Background in manufacturing engineering design
- Experience in global organization
- Experience with composite fabrication methods and processes
- Project management and multi-tasking ability

**Job Location**:
Kolkata (Ballygunge)

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
