**Job Title**: 2D\3D Animation Artist

We are seeking a talented and creative 2D & 3D Animation Artist to join our team. As a Animation Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging animations for various projects, including but not limited to advertisements, short films, explainer videos, and promotional materials. You will work closely with the production team, including directors, scriptwriters, and other artists, to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality animations.

**Responsibilities**:
Create 2D & 3D animations using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Flash).

Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements, including storyboards, scripts, and art direction.

Develop character designs, backgrounds, and other visual elements for animations.

Animate characters, objects, and environments, ensuring smooth motion, timing, and fluidity.

Utilize principles of animation, such as squash and stretch, anticipation, and timing, to enhance the overall quality of animations.

Incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers into animations to create a cohesive final product.

Review and revise animations based on feedback from the team, ensuring that the project meets the desired artistic vision.

Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively to deliver high-quality work on time.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and software in the field of 2D & 3D animation.

Collaborate with other artists and provide guidance or assistance when needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a 2D & 3D Animation Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Flash, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of animation principles and techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, and effects.

Strong artistic and visual skills, with the ability to create appealing character designs and captivating visual narratives.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow art direction.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and creative direction.

Knowledge of 3D animation and/or additional skills in illustration, storyboarding, or compositing would be a plus.
