Roles and Responsibilities
- Make plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's goals.
- Identify leads & develop new client bases. As well as Convert prospects into customers.
- Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of the organization's legal team.
- Conduct regular client meetings, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handling end to end sales cycle diligently and suggesting improvements.
- Finalising the deal and contractual agreement/paperwork.
- Generating awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections.
- Generation of Deals via contacting and pitching prospective partners through a range of BD activities including networking, local canvassing and cold-calling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree / master's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication)
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales
- 1+ year of experience in real estate sector or Hospitality Sector
- Excellent communication skill

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
