**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level technical support to internal teams (hardware/software troubleshooting).
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Support IT team in managing software updates, system backups, and inventory.
- Help document IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and user requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to support tech needs for ongoing projects.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
