Manage and coordinate international and domestic tour packages, including itinerary planning, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and other travel logistics.

*Utilize destination knowledge and expertise to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable travel experiences for clients.

*Communicate effectively with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.

*Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements, tailoring tour packages to suit their needs and interests.

*Promote and market tour packages through various channels, including online platforms, travel agencies, and direct client communication, to generate leads and increase sales.

*Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during clients' travel experiences, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.

*Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and other relevant information using CRM software or other tools.

*Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to enhance product knowledge and ensure the delivery of up-to-date and relevant information to clients.

*Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company's tour operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
