**Job Overview**:
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building responsive, visually appealing websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the sites meet both design and functionality standards. Your role will involve creating aesthetically pleasing web pages using HTML and CSS, along with implementing dynamic functionalities using PHP.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement engaging, user-friendly web pages and layouts.
- Develop websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, and PHP, ensuring a responsive and interactive experience across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts and ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot website issues.
- Optimize websites for speed and SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging web technologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and PHP.
- Experience with responsive web design and frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Understanding of web design principles, including user-centered design, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with database management and integration

**Experience Requirements**: Minimum **6 months to 1 year.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
