Safety Officer

Job Title: Safety Officer - Greenfield Project

Location: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required: 6 to 8 years

**Salary**: As per current CTC; up to ₹7 LPA

About Us:
Srichakra Polyplast is a leading plastic recycling and manufacturing company committed to sustainability and innovation. We are setting up a new greenfield project in Krishnagiri, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Safety Officer to be part of our core team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures specific to the greenfield project.

Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Lead incident/accident investigations and ensure corrective actions.

Train employees and contractors on safety protocols.

Liaise with government authorities for safety audits and certifications.

Maintain all necessary documentation related to occupational health and safety.

**Required Qualifications**:
Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety or relevant discipline.

6 to 8 years of experience in plant safety, preferably in manufacturing or greenfield setups.

Sound knowledge of statutory requirements, HIRA, PPE, LOTO, and emergency preparedness.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
