We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Loan Recovery Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers with overdue loans for two-wheelers and three-wheelers, guiding them toward timely repayment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to inform them about overdue loan payments and applicable penalties.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding repayment options and loan status.
- Negotiate repayment terms within company guidelines.
- Assist customers in resolving queries related to their overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
