Job Responsibilities:
3D Modeling and Texturing: Proficiently design and texture 3D models for diverse project requirements, adhering to technical specifications and performance considerations.

3D Animation: Develop dynamic 3D animations, following project-specific guidelines and optimizing assets for real-time or pre-rendered environments.

Lighting and Rendering: Configure and fine-tune lighting setups, shaders, and rendering parameters to achieve desired visual outcomes efficiently.

Rigging: Construct and maintain functional character rigs, ensuring compatibility with animation pipelines and motion capture data.

Visual Effects (VFX): Implement advanced VFX elements, such as particles, dynamics, and simulations, optimizing performance and visual fidelity.

Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical artists and developers, to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the project's technical framework.

Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to 3D content and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and overall quality.

Software Proficiency: Keep current with industry-standard 3D software and tools, and leverage scripting languages (e.g., Python) to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as a 3D Generalist in [mention relevant technical industries, e.g., real-time 3D visualization, AR/VR development] with a strong technical portfolio showcasing your work.

Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, rigging, lighting, and rendering, with a focus on performance optimization.

Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Unity, Unreal Engine) and VFX software (e.g., Houdini).

Familiarity with 3D software plugins, shaders, and experience in coding/scripting for automation and tool development.

Strong communication skills and the capacity to provide and receive technical feedback.

**Salary**: ₹300,067.71 - ₹1,514,680.87 per year
