**Overview**:
**Position**:Product Designer
- UI/UX

**Location**:Hyderabad

**Reporting to**:Lead Product Designer

**Salary range**: 8-9 LPA Fixed

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Develop user personas to guide design processes and ensure user-centric solutions.
- Create detailed design process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Utilize Figma and Canva to design user interfaces, with knowledge of Adobe tools being a significant advantage.
- Design interactions and micro animations to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design practices.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva; knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, user interviews, and user personas.
- Experience in creating design process flows, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ability to design interactions and micro animations; experience with micro animations is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
