**Position** : Lab Assistant

**No. of Vacancies** : 2.

**Experience** : 1-3 Years

**Minimum Qualification** : Science Graduate

**Duty Hours** : 8 Hours, should be ready to work in shifts.

**Job Description**:
**1. MATERIAL TESTING - **Performing Physical, chemical and mechincal Tests on Material Samples as per their Specifications.

**2. MAINTAING RECORDS - **To maintain all the data of Test Results from Different Tests Conducted.

**3. ONLINE INSPECTION - **In Process Inspection during Extrusion, Drawing, Rolling etc to ensure the Product Parameters are within the Required Range.

**4. DOCUMENTATION - **To make Test Certificates and maintain all the QC files and Registers to ensure the Traceability of Material is Evident.

**5. DAILY ROD STOCK - **To do physical stock of the Upcast Rods and Report it on Daily Basis. To ensure the Identification of All the Coils with its necessary parameters.

**6. THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS - **To coordinate and assist during the Third Party Material Inspections Online and Physical.

**Criteria**:
