**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Posting**:

- Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Schedule and post content using social media management tools.
- Ensure consistency in the brand’s voice, style, and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and create reports.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with the online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Identify and connect with influencers and brand advocates.
- Participate in online conversations to build brand visibility and credibility.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Research industry-related topics to generate new content ideas.
- Monitor competitor social media activities and provide insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content.

**Having laptop is mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
