To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical within the Manufacturing team This position will be located in Pantnagar.

Our Team

The manufacturing function ensures that right products with right quality are delivered on time as per plan and within the defined resources. The major challenge is to achieve machine run targets with a focus on safety.

Key Accountabilities
- Implementation of preventive, predictive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance in mechanical plants including utilities & auxiliaries to ensure safe operations and to increase plant availability & reliability.
- Involvement in each project execution work.
- Manpower & spares planning for timely completion of the maintenance work to reduce down time of the equipment or plant.
- Maintenance cost controlling by effective planning & regular monitoring within the sanctioned budget.
- Participation into Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reducing breakdown losses to increase plant availability.
- Compliance to Roquette Directives.
- Implementation of ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 in all areas under control.
- Implementation of energy saving practices in plants.
- Execution of various projects with defined quality, cost & timeline.
- Follow up with procurement for timely supply of material.
- Verification of JMR, Bills measurement as per the site execution and drawings.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Key competencies requirement (MUST HAVE)
- Functional - Sound Knowledge of Process plant Equipments maintenance.
- Knowledge Safety procedures.
- Understand and read mechanical drawings.
- Having Idea about maintenance excellence.
- Desired Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical
- Experience: Min 4+ year in Plant Maintenance
