Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic background, interests, strengths, and goals. Provide guidance on choosing appropriate educational programs, courses, and career paths based on their individual needs.

Career Guidance: Assist students in exploring and understanding different career options, employment trends, and job prospects. Offer advice on developing skills, identifying internships or job opportunities, and creating effective resumes or portfolios.

Educational Planning: Assist students in developing personalized educational plans based on their interests, aptitudes, and long-term goals. Provide information on educational institutions, admission requirements, scholarships, financial aid options, and deadlines.

Academic Support: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify and address academic challenges faced by students. Develop strategies and resources to enhance study skills, time management, and academic performance.

Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay informed about current educational trends, programs, scholarships, and opportunities. Keep abreast of changes in the academic and employment landscape to provide up-to-date and accurate information to students.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including counseling sessions, academic plans, and communication with students and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in counseling, career guidance, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, academic programs, and career pathways
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Empathy and the ability to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with assessment tools, career interest inventories, and college admission processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with students, parents, and educators
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and educational counseling software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
