As an Experienced Social Media Executive at GrowthFather Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for our clients, leveraging your expertise in content creation and social media management to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor trends, news, and engagement opportunities on social channels.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Curate relevant content to supplement original material and enhance presence.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster relationships.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Monitor conversations and address issues or concerns effectively.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare reports summarizing performance insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine content strategy and targeting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure performance and drive insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
