**Job Summary**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecalling / Academic Counselor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing them with information about our courses, and helping them through the enrollment process. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for education.

**Responsibilities**

Outbound Calls to Prospective Students

Make outbound calls to prospective students based on leads provided.

Inform students and parents about course offerings, eligibility, and enrollment processes.

Counseling and Guidance

Engage in informative conversations to understand students' academic goals and provide appropriate course recommendations.

Address student queries and concerns effectively, providing detailed and accurate information.

Follow-Up and Enrollment Assistance

Follow up with students to answer questions and assist them with the registration process.

Guide students in completing the necessary documentation for enrollment.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of each interaction and update the CRM or relevant databases with details about each call and status.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls made, follow-ups, and successful enrollments.

Collaborate with the Academic Team

Work closely with the academic team to stay updated on courses, schedules, and academic requirements.

Provide feedback to the team based on student responses and common queries.

**Qualifications**

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a background in education or counseling is a plus.

**Skills**:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Persuasive and patient with the ability to build rapport with students.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
