Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or existing clients.
- Introduce and promote products or services offered by the company.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Answer questions and address concerns raised by customers.
- Follow a script or sales pitch to ensure consistent communication.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during phone conversations.
- Identify and generate leads for the sales team.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company's database.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve departmental goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.

Process Co-ordinator:

- Coordinate and oversee specific processes within the organization, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members involved in the process, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular process audits to identify deviations and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor and manage process-related risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations on process performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
