Roles and Responsibilities - Perform audit engagements and / or special assignments by following the established Indorama Internal Audit methodology and within the budgeted timelines. - Under limited supervision, performs audit procedures end to end, such as conducting field interviews, performing system and process walk throughs, reviewing and analysing documentary evidences based on defined sampling criterias, identifying and devising audit observations in concurrence with the auditees based on discussions during the course of audit. - Prepare drafts audit reports which include the development of clear, constructive, and actionable audit recommendations to address the risks identified. - Communicate the results of the audit and special projects through written audit reports to the management. Solicit conclusive action plan as part of management response to the issued draft audit report and finalize the report for circulation to Indorama Management team. - Performs follow up reviews and supports the Regional IA Head in checking compliance to Control Self Assessments and various other audit related works as assigned by the Reporting Manager / Regional IA Head. - Develops and maintains productive relationships with auditee management and within the internal audit department. Requirements and Skills - Chartered Accountancy qualification with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in internal audit domain within the Manufacturing Industry is a MUST. Additional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE will be an added advantage. - Advanced computer skills on MS Office especially in excel - Good workable knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle - Good communication skills to interact and communicate effectively with people from different nationalities within Europe and America regions - Flexible enough to work according to Europe / America time zones when working offsite from GBS Kolkata office location. - Ability to handle, manage and analyse data and use it effectively to support audit observations - Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations - High attention to detail and excellent data analytical skills - Sound independent judgement capability - Excellent stakeholder management - Willing to undertake solo international travel for extended period up to 3 to 4 weeks. Job entails around 30% travel. - Self-motivated person with a knack for problem solving and independently handling the auditee queries / clarifications will excel in this role.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
