### **Job Title**: Data Entry Clerk

### **Job Overview**:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into digital databases. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work independently, ensuring data integrity and efficient handling of information.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or company software systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Update existing data and verify outdated information to ensure the most current records.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies, and correct any issues as necessary.
- Sort, organize, and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it is saved securely.
- Perform regular backups of data to secure it against loss or corruption.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to data requests and provide reports from the system when required.
- Protect confidential information by ensuring the security of all documents and databases.

### **Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require an associate degree or higher).
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data management software.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (typically 40-60 words per minute).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Basic understanding of databases and the ability to generate reports.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
