Job Description: As a Social Media Strategist at TAD GLOBAL PVT LTD, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, shaping their digital presence and enabling them to stand out in the competitive market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and drive website traffic.
- Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for adopting new strategies and tools.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target audiences, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to develop compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for clients.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, social media platforms, algorithm changes, and advertising policies, and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in an advertising or branding agency.
- Exceptional creativity and a strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual communication.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and emerging technologies.
